Anne was born and raised amidst the ocean waves and beautiful beaches of the south shore of Long Island, NY where she still resides.  She enjoyed a rewarding professional career teaching physical education, and coaching various high school varsity sports, culminating her educational tenure as the District Director of Athletics in the Half Hollow Hills School District.  Her inspiration for photography came late in life, when time permitted the exploration of personal passions.

Anne has always had an intense love of nature and her still digital photos reflect the beauty of the outdoors, wildlife, and nature.  Living a life surrounded by the sea, she developed a love for boating and spent many months in her adult life piloting boats to various seaports throughout the East Coast.  That love of the water led to her photographic relationship with seaports, ships, and lighthouses.

Love of the water has also drawn Anne to many hours beneath the sea, exploring the ocean through videography while scuba diving.  She has traveled extensively in her quest to find pristine diving sites throughout the world.  Anne has captured the wonder of the sea on video, editing and blending video footage with music that truly reflects the mood of the experience.  Her video projects make those who have not experienced the underwater realm feel as if they are part of the diving adventure.

Anne’s love of outdoor activity brings her to the ski slopes and backcountry of Frisco, Colorado in the winter, where she continues to explore some of the most beautiful terrain in both Colorado and Utah.  During the spring and fall, her photos reflect the landscape and wildlife in the wetlands of Florida, as well as life along the ocean at her second home in Delray Beach.  The summer months are spent on the East Coast between Long Island and Cape Cod, where the sea inspires her creative need to capture treasured moments with nature.

“I consider myself fortunate at this point in my life to find such joy with my involvement in activities that are surrounded by the wonder of nature.  My desire is capture the beauty that surrounds my life and share it with others through digital photography.”
